Maintaining deep knowledge of latest SCOM products and configurations of Enterprise Customers by continuously increasing technical knowledge. . Delivering timely and high quality incident resolution focusing on root cause analysis, prevention, . Managing escalations and sub-cases to ensure timely and high quality resolution of all issues. . Developing and implement strategies for providing proactive support resulting in fewer incidents, increased availability, or accelerated deployments. Technical Abilities: . Accountable for problem solving analysis, prevention and knowledge transfer, identifies & works on routine bugs Document & create SOP for SCOM Administration . Possesses technical expertise in System Center Operations Manager. . Examines possible workarounds and escalates as required. . Possesses deep technical expertise in all parts of SCOM & Powershell. Deep knowledge of SCOM Powershell command let is required Powershell scripting is plus .
