Role -: Datawarehouse Architect
City: Mt. Laurel
State: New Jersey
Pay Rate: up to $80/hrCTC or $73/hr W-2
Description: The person will engage with client Architects to
understand overall technology road map. On project basis, the Architect will
work with business analysts to understand business requirements and design
Interfaces systems utilizing new technology stack keeping in mind clients
technology roadmap. Also, the person will guide application development team
members in achieving the new technology roadmap objective.
As of today, systems are architected on different technology stacks such as
Oracle, Sybase, SQL Server on database side, Java/J2EE, Weblogic server on
Middleware side, TIBCO, Informatica on ETL side, C/C++, Unix shell scripts etc.
These existing systems will need to re-architected per client's strategic
technology road map (Oracle SOA Suite, ODI, OBIEE, Equaloigc etc. just to name
few) . Architect will play a key role in achieving these objectives. Also, he
will be advising Dell Services account management team in putting up a proposal
to client for such technology upgrade on time to time.
REQUIRED SKILLS: --- 9+ years of experience Mandatory Skill: Informatica 8x,
Oracle, PL/SQL, Unix Scripting * Experience with multiple technologies listed
above. * Experience working on Re-Engineering projects. * Experience in
creating solution design documents and building Proof of Concepts. * Ability to
understand the existing system/Applications quickly. * Excellent Communication
skills and interpersonal skills. ADDITIONALLY DESIRED SKILLS WITH SIMILAR
EXPERIENCES/UNDERSTANDINGS: -- Oracle SOA suite, Java, J2EE (optional), TIBCO,
Sybase, C/C++
