Role-: Project Manager
Location: Thousand Oaks, CA
Duration: 3+ Months
Rate: $ 65 / Hr
. This person will be responsible for planning, maintaining and documenting
software releases among all environments including QA into production, as well
as for change management processes throughout Quality Assurance and Testing.
. Perform project management for hypercare activities on a large, global and
cross-functional project with multiple work streams and project managers
reporting into the Program Project Manager
. Develop and track the project plan / schedule to ensure all milestones,
deliverables, tasks, and resources required for implementation are assigned and
completed on time
. Ensure the integration of the work stream project schedule into the overall
project schedule
. Ensure the completion of the required project artifacts and milestones and to
ensure successful phase reviews
. Track and manage risks, issues and action items. Escalate as necessary
. Implement and facilitate the full lifecycle of hypercare
. Define and collect metrics to give a sense for how hypercare is progressing
and whether the incident resolution is acceptable
. Work through the Amgen IS Supply Chain to escalate incidents
. Day to day operational responsibilities and status reporting
. Has oversight for the definition, support, and enforcement of processes for
build of MS Dynamics configuration and customization to various environments
based on defined Release Management processes and program management
methodologies.
