·Our client needs a PM Consultant for a new VoIP Phone System
Upgrade/Implementation:
o Senior Project Manager to be a “Dedicated Resource” for this initiative
o Current phone system is 5-6 years old
o 950 internal users and 650 external users (about 5 other offices)
o Very Aggressive Time Line
o 9 month+ engagement
o Consultant to have performed multiple large scale (1000+ users) VoIP
phone system
implementations (more than 3)
o Consultant must have run several RFP processes.
