This role is responsible for the execution of the detail design and configuration of the current business processes in SAPs ECC6 ERP product. The customer is looking to hire two SAP Vehicle Management System Consultants on a 6 month contract to support our SAP launch in NA. Brief responsibilities include: Working with the business to implement core template solution and to determine local gaps (legal, commercial etc.) Conduct workshops and presentations to validate business design with the end user community. Working with the Process Team Lead in the analysis and decomposition of current business processes, perform the scripting exercises, and design and configure the SAP's ECC6 system to support the organization's ""To-Be"" process vision. This implies providing design for integration with all other modules of SAP for automatic financial posting and its configuration. Design of reports, forms, interfaces, enhancements and conversions. Execution of the system unit testing and integration testing. This includes creating test scenarios and test scripts, performing the test, applying changes in configuration based on results, and error resolution. Assist with UAT Working with the end user documentation team in the identification of business processes and system tasks to be documented as well as providing training to the end user training and development team. Assist with the design authorization profiles Provide post-implementation production support. Required experience includes: Significant experience of VMS, including Business Processes supported in VMS. VMS configuration including action matrix, roles, parameters and calculations sheets. Pricing in VMS Good knowledge of finance Business processes. Good knowledge of Integration with all other upstream and downstream engineering / automotive industries business processes. Good understanding of Business process redesigning concepts Flexible to travel i.e. US/Canada/UK and must have the right to work in the U*S.
