Troubleshoot & resolve technical issues related to the data power platform. 9. Create support tickets & work with IBM as needed. 10. Maintain documentation related to infrastructure & architecture of integration systems. 11. Gather & Analyze Error Reports 12. Understand & interpret the Packet Captures 13. Handling Out of Memory Issues & Memory leaks 14. Large Debug Logs & monitoring service Probes. 15. Handling Scalability Concerns 16. Implementing Troubleshooting & Debugging techniques 17. Problem Ticket creation & Management 18. Handling support calls with multiple teams on a phone. 19. Understand & Implement the Operating Procedures. 20. Determine cause of problem 21.
