$65/hr. C2C all inclusive rate Job Description: . Installation and
configuration of Oracle 11g instances on Solaris and possibly Linux .
Installation and Configuration of Oracle Financials 11i . Backup and recovery
of Oracle databases using RMAN . Dataguard setup, maintenance and monitoring
. Monitoring of Oracle servers including capacity and space management .
Performance and tuning of Oracle servers . Assist developers in SQL query
tuning . Oracle Financials Cloning procedures . Nightly data loading from
production to secondary servers . Oracle software upgrades and patches . SUN
and Client Server hardware upgrades . Provide/maintain tools and utilities for
developers and DBA Group . Support for overnight batch programs . Establish
and maintain backup and recovery policies and procedures . Setup and maintain
documentation and standards . Work as part of a team to provide 7x24 support
. Interface with Oracle technical support . Manage Concurrent Managers,
Forms/Report Servers, Web Servers and Apache . All the `ad` utilities . User
Access Administration Required Skills: . 5-6 years Oracle DB administration
(UNIX environment preferred) . 4-5 years Oracle Financial experience .
eBusiness Suite (Application) fundamentals such as concepts and architecture .
Korn/Bourne shell Bonus Skills: . Any PERL/Java programming is a MAJOR plus.
