Experience on operational background to manage operations team. Coordinate and monitor large teams working in multiple modules. Delegating, monitoring regular tasks, tracking of schedules, evaluating the performances of team members. Collecting different metrics / reports (project / team / management), analyzing the same and formulating different strategies. Identify the process improvements to maximize output, formulate the strategies in coordination with customer. Scheduling required trainings, knowledge transfer, product knowledge to teams. Coordinating between different offshore / onsite module teams and meetings. Working in sync with customer on all the activities. Planning strategies for different releases / new modules launch. Estimating the tasks / work and planning for the allocation of the same. Around 10 years of Exp. profiles.
