*Job Title : Systems Administrator Location : Atlanta, GA Duration : 4 + Months Rate : $50/Hr* Detailed description: Review business requirements documentation. Install and configure server agents according to specifications defined. Implement threshold settings through server configuration set up steps in accordance with best practices for optimal APM performance management guidelines. Build out Executive Insight/Webview/Introscope Workstation dashboards according to specifications defined. Regularly interact with technical leader for the APM project regarding design specifications. Meet timeline deliverables as planned. Meet with application POC’s in order to gather details relating to specific configuration schemas desired. Indentify and document threshold settings in order to achieve optimal performance management monitoring. Work with other APM team members to coordinate task completions as they relate to POC interactions, agent configuration set ups, server configuration set ups, dashboard builds and application integration. To work with the program manager in assembling assigned task notes for weekly reports. To escalate to the NGOSS program manager any issues that prohibit the completion of the assigned tasks in the time allotted. Skills/Qualifications: 5+ years experience dealing with CA Application Performance Manager (APM) 3+ years experience configuring and administering Customer Experience Manager (CEM) Must be able to take direction and instruction. Must be a self-starter. Must be able to take initial instruction and pursue the steps needed to achieve the goal. Clear articulation and annunciation skills. Must be able to speak clearly so that statements are understood. Great listening skills. Must be able to understand and capture what other people are saying. Accurate documentation skills. Must be able to document all facts and statements gathered that are relevant to the assigned tasks. Must be able to ask questions in a clear, concise and logical manner to help gather the information needed. Must be time sensitive and time driven.
