*2.1 Scope of Work:*
The Client requires an experienced consultant to assist with upgrading the
Siteminder infrastructure from version 6.0 to 12.5. As part of the upgrade,
all agents will also be updated and deployed in the existing environment.
Duties will include installing upgraded software on all Client policy
servers, configuring these policy servers, and implementing new features as
deemed necessary by the client. Any changes made to the client Siteminder
infrastructure must be documented and delivered to Client as a project
deliverable.
*2.2 Mandatory Skills Required:*
Bidders must demonstrate in their proposals that the proposed consultants
possess the following technical experience:
- A minimum of four (4) years of experience with Siteminder v6 or higher
- Must have 1 year of experience with Siteminder 12 or greater
- 1 year of experience with SMWalker
- A minimum of two (2) years of experience in Configuring Siteminder
Policy Server for mixed application servers
- A minimum of two (2) years of experience with SQL, doing queries and
Stored procedures
- A minimum of two (2) years of experience in managing technology
projects (with preference given to upgrades)
- A minimum of two (2) years of technical documentation experience with
Siteminder
