PeopleSoft Developer Location – Richmond, VA Length – 12 Months Job Description: a.. Responsible for the definition, design, construction, integration, testing, and support of reliable and reusable software solutions, addressing business opportunities. b.. Includes systems analysis, creation of specifications, coding, testing, and implementation of application programs and data interfaces. c.. Must have experience with PeopleSoft 8.8 or higher. d.. Candidate preferably has experience in PeopleSoft Financials 9.1. e.. Includes designing and determining system specifications for integrating all business processes into a single company-wide application. f.. Possesses knowledge of multiple business areas, process engineering and re-engineering, and specific experience with at least one ERP system, including customization. Skills: a.. Demonstrated ability to work in a highly autonomous environment b.. Deep knowledge of several modules including PeopleSoft's Accounts Payable, Travel and Expense, and ePro/Procurement modules c.. Proficient in PeopleSoft's Peopletools (e.g. application engine, PeopleCode, debugging) and SQL. d.. Strong understanding of backend tables and batch processes supporting the application e.. Ability to effectively communicate across multiple levels (Executive Sponsors to team members) f..
