Job Title:Sr. Oracle Functional Analyst, HR Location:Mason, OH Duration:6 months Contract Description The Oracle Functional Analyst, HR will provide technical guidance in analyzing, planning, implementing, and executing business-specific processes using Oracle Applications, software tools and applications, and related technology. Education/Experience · Bachelor's Degree in computer science or related technical degree Required Skills • 5+ years Oracle ERP Application. 11i experience required, R12 preferred • Functional/Technical Human Resources experience. Required: Core HR Oracle Time and Labor Advanced Benefits Employee and Manager Self Service (at least 3 out of 4 of the above) • 2+ years Oracle SQL experience (practical trouble shooting scripts) • Design of interfaces from Oracle HR to third party systems • Attention to detail, impeccable organizational skills • Ability to learn quickly in a fast paced team focused environment • Excellent communication skills • Approval Management Engine, Web ADI, Oracle Workflow Builder, PL/SQL • Oracle Application System Administration • Continuous Improvement/Lean exposure Major Job Duties and Responsibilities: · Works with business units to develop and manage processes for continued advancement of the company's use of the Oracle ERP technology and establish best practices within the user community · Reviews, analyzes and evaluates business system and user needs · Recommends, develops and executes plans for additional software module implementations based on business requirements · Develops plans for and participates in the implementation of Oracle ERP systems capability at Intelligrated subsidiaries. This role could include, but not be limited to, project management responsibilities, functional advisor and technical management of technology resources · Stays abreast of ERP technology issues and trends.
