*Software Quality Assurance Tester, 4+ Months*

*Main duties and responsibilities:*

*Roles and Responsibilities (include but not limited to):*
· Understand requirements and participate in gap analysis
discussions
· Review of test governance model and identify improvements to
(test artifacts, test data setup, entry and exit criteria for test cycles,
test environment readiness, test result capture)
· Create and maintain of Test Artifacts, Test scripts, Test data,
L&P test templates etc for software upgrade projects
· Execute Regression, Progression and L&P test cycles , gather
results and update Quality Center
- Develop and execute test plans from specifications and standards
- Specify and build test scenario and test configurations
- Design, specify and implement stress test requirements
· Publish status of testing, issues and closure activities during
test cycles
· Periodically review all existing Test Artifacts like Test
Strategy, Test Plan, Test Scripts and update as necessary
· Must display strong teamwork, communication, multi-tasking and
problem solving skills.
*Requirements*:
*Experience and Skills Required:*
· 4-5 year’s experience in software Quality Assurance.
· Experience with below tools/technologies –
- Unix
- LDAP and Diameter protocols (SWx, S6a etc)
- Quality Center
- Jmeter
- Familiarity with Wireless Protocols (e.g. CDMA, LTE)
· Creativity -ability to think around problems and come up with
solutions.
· Experience with software upgrade/release cycles and testing
methodology involved
· Excellent communication skills and able to communicate well with
people of all technical levels.
