Job Title: .Net/C#/ASP.Net/WCF Developer
Location: Reston VA
Term: Long-Term Contract, 6-8 Months

Specifies designs, implements, and tests and supports software for various
homegrown systems.
Updates and develops software and provides customer support.
Assist in maintaining all system administration, development and support
documentation, including current product level release notes.
Assists with the planning, requirement analysis, and testing of all system
patches and upgrades.
Supports production issues and activities, as necessary, by researching,
analyzing issues, and identifying and/or delivering solutions.
* Required Skills:*
3+ years of VB.Net/C#, and ASP.Net development experience
3+ years experience with .NET 2.0 and 3.5
3+ year of experience using CSS, HTML, and JavaScript (jQuery a plus)
Working knowledge of .NET generics and LINQ
Functional understanding of prevalent design patterns, including MVC/MVVM
Ability to understand, communicate, and enforce architectural and coding
standards
SOA, web services, WCF, XML, SOAP/REST experience
Ability to write and debug SQL statements and procedures
Working experience with unit testing and TDD concepts
Strong debugging and troubleshooting skills (windbg a plus)
Knowledge of systems analysis and design (including OOAD and UML) , and
database desig
Knowledge of software development lifecycle and modern software engineering
principles and practices
Ability to focus on the goals of quality, time and budget
