*Financial Analyst Eagan MN 6 months Rate $35 hr c2c Max.* *Description: PRIMARY OBJECTIVE:* Provide financial support for the Large Law Segment, including leading the consolidation and analysis of month-end close, early look, and Planning cycle submissions. Play a key role in the financial reporting and analysis of the Large Law Segment P&L. MAJOR AREAS OF ACCOUNTABILITY: Collaborate with Large Law segment CFO, business partners, and Legal FP&A to deliver accurate and timely financial results (month-end close, early look, and planning cycles). Lead the process to consolidate business segment results, understand key business drivers, assess financial metrics and prepare presentations for segment management. Partner with segment finance peers to understand and analyze key revenue and expense drivers and monitor performance against targets. Communicate Large Law financial processes for the business segment and provide guidance to business partners in forecasting revenue, expense, headcount, and capital. Partner with LLF CFO and Legal FP&A for ad-hoc reporting and analysis. Track, consolidate and report monthly sales for Business Law (Large Law hosted business). Prepare and submit monthly and quarterly sales commissions for Business Law.
