Job Profile/Responsibilities:
Work with Customer to map current and new business requirements
pertaining to initiatives such as Technical Support Request / Parts return on
to Siebel Applications.
· Organize requirements in a manner that facilitates the development of
alternative designs
· Define inputs and outputs with regards to source and usage
· Finalize data element description
· Help define audit controls and procedures
· Help lead the development of business case scenarios
· Prepare appropriate documentation, such as process flow(Swim lanes)
while ensuring documented business functions (Requirements) are tied to overall
process flows
· Help work with entity business leaders to develop and implement
transition plans to common software and/or new versions
· Maintain awareness/understanding of project management (ITPM)
o Maintain IT PM documents in the Enterprise Tracker
· Develop and maintain expertise in Cummins methods, standards, tools and
techniques
· Lead team meetings / work groups as necessary
· Provide technical knowledge pertaining to LDAP and Siteminder
· Update and maintain the Project Plan
o Co-Ordinate with various teams involved in the project
· Support the Quality Assurance Manager, help oversee the testing and
acceptance process through
o System and Acceptance Test Plans
o Review of Test Plan with Testers and user
o Monitor execution of system test, collect system test results and
publish in test report. Track and manage resolution issues that arise during
system test
