Code enhancements to existing software which adds or improve functionality. Provide technical support for applications used in the service center. Participate in new product SDLC. Perform root cause analysis. Required Skills & Experience Minimum 5+ years of experience in Software Engineering / Application Architecture primarily with Microsoft .NET based web applications. Development experience with .Net 4.0, C# , ASP.NET MVC 3.0 (Razor Engine) Experience using MVC 3.0 (or if one has a background using Ruby on Rails - RoR, have the fundamentals to get up to speed on MVC quickly) Must have a strong technical background, strong written/oral communication skills and project management skills. Scripting (AJAX, JQuery, JavaScript) Strong knowledge of SQL (SQL Server 2008) Web Services & WCF Linq Entity Framework VS unit testing Strong communication & data modeling skills Bachelor degree in IT or computer science Desired Skills (mastery or familiarity with preferred): Exposure to DTS and/or SSIS package development. WF – MS Work Flow. Agile methodologies. Understanding of SDLC and/or Project management experience - ability to work directly with internal customers/project owners Microsoft BRE – (Business Rules Engine) ReSharper unit testing or NUnit experience.
