*Java Developer* *Contract* The client is looking for Java/JEE professional responsible for providing analysis, design, and development in support of the User Administration system and Ancillary applications in a fast-paced, customer-focus environment. The desired candidate should have in-depth knowledge of JAVA/JEE and Web Technologies for enterprise business applications. Candidate should be able to provide technical expertise, support, and oversight and analysis in functional areas such as, but not limited to, design and development of appropriate IT solutions and architectures. In addition, the candidate should be ready for a challenge to build an application from the ground up, and participate in a project that is going to use cutting edge technologies. The engineer will be part of User Administration team. The candidate must be committed to delivering efficient and effective solutions to the business and also Contributes towards requirements gathering, application design, and estimation tasks. Responsible for full SDLC - development, UAT, production rollout and ongoing support of applications Candidates must possess the following requirements to be considered: • 7+ years experience in software development projects. • 7+ years in Java/JEE (1.4,1.5/1.6) • 5+ years Experience in designing applications using design patterns, object oriented methodology (RUP and Rational Rose/XDE) creating use cases, class diagrams, interaction, sequence diagrams and recognizing design patterns. • 5+ Years HTML,JavaScript & CSS • 5+ years experience in Oracle; Writing complicated logic using SQL, PL/SQL and familiarity with data modeling (ER and dimensional). • 3+ years in Struts and Tiles,EJB, Spring, Spring Workflow/Webflow, Hibernate, DOJO, WebSphere Application Server • 2+ years in JSF 2 (Mojarra and Myfaces), Webservice, XML (XSL, Schema) • 3+ Years WebSphere Application Server (versoin 7 and above) • Experience in Agile development methodology preferred • Experience in moving code from lower sandboxes to production environment and address issues related to functionality, integration, etc • Four-year university degree in Computer Science.
