Ability to troubleshoot and debug an issue, conduct root cause analysis and resolve the issue within SLA. . Monitoring ETL batch jobs and performance tuning. . Present permanent solutions to IT. . Effort estimation. . ITIL support processes. . Well versed with developing time, resource estimates and project plans for execution. Preferred Experience . Hands-on experience in Airline industry. . Ability to understand loyalty concepts and map suitable entities in Siebel based on requirements Roles & Responsibilities . Issue resolution for daily support issues. .
