.       Must have managed one or more support projects
.       Excellent skills in debugging complex SQL queries.
.       Good experience in PL/SQL, Unix shell scripting
.       Excellent communication skills
.       Hands on OBIEE analytics.
.       Ability to troubleshoot and debug an issue, conduct root cause analysis 
and resolve the issue within SLA.
.       Monitoring ETL batch jobs and performance tuning.
.       Present permanent solutions to IT.
.       Effort estimation.
.       ITIL support processes.
.       Well versed with developing time, resource estimates and project plans 
for execution.

Preferred Experience
.       Hands-on experience in Airline industry.
.       Ability to understand loyalty concepts and map suitable entities in 
Siebel based on requirements

.       Issue resolution for daily support issues.
.       Customer expectations management.
.       Daily interactions with IT & Business champion.
.       Ability to delegate work.
.       Work in onsite-offshore delivery model.
