backed out this morning and now they need a replacement… FAST.

This person has to be a BA AND has to have Sales & Marketing experience!

Sales & Marketing BA

REQUIRED SKILLS/EXPERIENCE:
Experience with and understanding of Sales and Marketing functional
processes and related data.
Strong Business Analyst skills, with experience/ability to gather and
translate business requirements, and work directly with the business in a
customer facing to define projects, help business users understand the
functionality within BOBJ.
Solid knowledge of Business Objects, with an understanding of Business
Objects capabilities and Reporting. Ability to interface with internal data
management team on a technical level on Business Objects reporting
topics.
Understanding of SAP data, and experience working in an SAP environment
(Strong experience with the SD module is critical).
SAP BW/BO knowledge

DESIRED EXPERIENCE:
Experience working with global companies and supporting business users on a
global level in the area of Sales and Marketing (Accounts Receivable and
Finance personnel as well  as they relate to Sales and Marketing)
Experience working in regulated industries

DESCRIPTION:
Manages an on-going relationship with a client area to develop a reporting
and analytics strategic direction for applications and define long-term
reporting needs for the business function.
Accountable for end to end delivery of Reporting and Analytics solutions.
Drives and leads standardization of reports on a cross-functional or global
basis leveraging strong business process and data knowledge.
Partner with other members of the Reporting and Analytics team to drive
best practices and optimized data and reporting solutions.
Work with clients and Reporting & Analytics Competency Center service
delivery team leads to define and secure support and project resources.
Partner with data architects and data warehouse resources to align on
solution requirements.
Influences and negotiates with clients, other IM areas, and sourcing
partners with primary responsibility for the successful delivery of quality
reports and analytics.
Lead and participate on project teams and global initiatives to improve
reporting and analytics.
Maintain awareness of industry trends and best-practices within the
reporting and analytics environment and recommend changes to companys
reporting and analytics strategies to improve the value of reports and
analytics within company.
Leverage tool capabilities to drive analytics effectiveness for the user
audience (e.g. dashboards).
Coordinate super user reporting group to enable sharing of best practices
to fully leverage reporting development and standards and proactively
identify training gaps and drive plans to resolve gaps.
Effectively communicates throughout company and with internal and external
partners to drive a vision, adeptly presenting technical information to
non-technical audiences.
Develop project plans (resourcing, budgets, manpower, timelines) for
complex and ambiguous assignments that define clear, measurable project
goals and objectives with optimal resource utilization.
Executes project plans and leads project teams with minimal supervision to
meet business objectives.
