Programmer Analyst III 9/13/2012 Client: State of TN, Nashville, TN Duration: 1 year Rate 30/hr *C#, SQL Server, Visual Studio, .Net* This position will be dedicated to *C# development* for the project to create a Web version of the existing Appeals Resolution Tracking System (ARTS). The Department's C# development group will perform business process analysis and document these in order to convert the existing Windows application into a state-of-the-art web application that meets OIR distributed software requirements for server consolidation, OIR and Federal Section 508 usability standards for the disabled, software industry best practices, and new Department C# development standards. This will speed processing, enforce uniformity in the way appeals are processed, and improve data integrity. Currently, workarounds and manual processes are being used until a web version can be developed. Develop stored procedures to retrieve data from *SQL Server Database (Version 2008).* Develop and support web architecture using *C# (2008) and Visual Studio (2010) products.* Writing test plans for developed code and working with QA and UAT staff to test and resolve any issues.
