Job Title:Oracle HR
Location:Downtown Minneapolis, MN
Duration:3+ Months Contract

Our client is implementing Oracle's Success Management and Performance
Management modules and needs an experienced Oracle HR consultant to work
with users in understanding requirements and then do the actual technical
configuration of the two modules to implement in a timely fashion.
 Experience with either module is ideal, but we will also consider someone
who's implemented Oracle's Core or Advanced Benefits modules.  Must possess
excellent communication skills along with strong functional and technical
expertise in working with Oracle's HR modules.

Responsibilities:

1.            Guide/Assist HR with Data Validation until Nov 30th and then,
if issues arise, know how to fix the records in OPM to make sure the right
data is defaulted into EACH employee’s TDD/Appraisal.
2.            Gather Report Requirements from HR.
3.            Build Reports.
4.            Tweak AME (Approvals Management Engine) for a default
approver, in case a manager terms mid process.
5.            Figure out AME for 2013 Process.
6.            Document Personalizations.
7.            Assist in training preparation.
