Necessary Skills (Must Have):
1. Experience migrating data from SharePoint 2007 to SharePoint 2010- at
least two prior 2007-2010 upgrades.
2. Sharepoint 2007 & 2010 Super User Ability to customize SP2010 with
Sharepoint Designer 2007 & 2010
3. Ability to recreate Sharepoint pages Sharepoint Web Design with HTML,
XSLT, CSS, java script, JQUERY Sharepoint Designer Ability to create
workflows
4. Good communication skills
