Title: Business Solution Analyst (Learning Management)

Description: The Business Solution Analyst (Learning Management) is
responsible for defining, identifying, implementing optimization and
automation capabilities in the domain of Learning Management solution for
Client . The Business Solution Analyst (LMS) along with other team members
owns and manages the overall definition of the end-to-end business processes
for Learning Management Solution within Client . This role manages the
overall system solution architecture and roadmap across all business
functional groups such as field enablement, customers’ / partners’ education
specific to learning management processes, capabilities and solutions at
Client . This role is also responsible for defining, designing, delivering
and managing learning management system automation changes and
implementation projects to deliver the defined roadmap. 

Responsibilities will also include leveraging best practices experience in
learning management processes and solutions to implement Client  business
programs and cross-functional projects.

Essential Functions (Tasks and Responsibilities):

·         Works with management and business teams to help identify
significant process opportunities and present ROI

·         Drives major process re-engineering and improvement efforts by:

ü  Leading business owners to define process future state and ROI 

ü  Proposing a roadmap of specific focused projects/actions to achieve the
desired future state by implementing the proposed changes

ü  Participating in projects to map existing processes; lead the
definition/documentation of the to-be processes; define/document  tool
requirements, data changes, business rules, metrics, and training to achieve
“to be” process.

ü  Work with Business Systems and IT teams as needed on functional specs and
test scripts

ü  Work with business and other functions as needed on process
implementation planning including job roles/incentives; UAT; training; and
metric gathering

·         Perform detailed analysis of business and technical processes and
requirements 

·         Data and processes analysis, swim-lane/process diagramming

·         Conducting business process design workshops

·         Develop and define business requirements, workflow design,
processing mapping, functional specifications, gap analyses, and use cases

·         Interacting with business owners and IT Teams to ensure the system
solutions meet the functional requirements

·         Implement cause/effect analysis methodologies and metrics on
business process improvements

·         Perform technical evaluations, solution and design approaches to
business solution needs for the Learning Management Solutions

·         Lead the technical solution design and implementation of projects
and create solutions to meet business challenges and resolve system /
process issues

·         Write, review and approve technical approach and design
documentation

·         Oversee technical implementation for a large project or multiple
smaller system enhancements

·         Review, recommend and implement third party tools and technologies
as appropriate to deliver automation solutions

·         Participate and contribute to implement best practices,
development standards for the implementation at  Client 

·         Work with the IT technical development team members to implement
solutions to integrate Learning Management solution to IT systems internal
to Client 

·         Collaborate with business customers, business process architect
and IT technical team to drive solution architecture, scalability,
optimization and automation for the WW Field Operations team

Qualifications & Experience:

·         Experience in designing, developing and implementing automation
solution to deliver business value and realization of education business
strategies across different lines of business

·         8+ years of experience leading an LMS implementation – preferably
SABA, Plateau or another SCORM AICC compliant Learning Management System for
a complex, global corporation.

·         Demonstrated track record of successful global LMS implementation
of a SCORM or AICC compliant LMS tool that serves direct customers, channel
partners as well as internal employees

·         Understanding and hands on experience with the implementing
solutions for:

o   Learning Management: LCMS Content Management, Learning Commerce,
Development planning, Session and resource management,
Evaluation/Assessments, Skills and competency management, Content/course
delivery and tracking, Certification management, Blended learning,
Registration and training history, Curriculum management,  Learning paths,
Localization/ Internationalization

o   Performance Management: Goals & Objectives, Performance Reviews,
Succession Management, Workforce Planning, Impressions, Compensation

o   Collaboration: Enterprise Business Networking, Web Conferencing

o   Talent Management: Leadership Development, Extended People Chain,
Pay-for-Performance, Workforce Planning and Development

·          Strong experience with technologies supporting SaaS applications 

·         Ability to define the system landscape, to identify gaps between
current and desired end-states, and deliver learning management capabilities

·         Experience evaluating, selecting, implementing, and integrating
technology tools to meet business objectives and deliver business value

·         Must be a self-starter, motivated individual who works well under
pressure 

·         Ability to multi-task, prioritize and coordinate tasks to meet
multiple deadlines

·         Ability to drive collaboration with functional and technical teams
to achieve effective solutions. Partner with multiple cross-departmental LMS
stakeholders and experience with managing conflicting priorities based on
business needs.

·         Effective communication skills with all levels of management

·         Flexible and resilient, comfortable with ambiguity, adaptable to a
high-change environment and open to new concepts and/or processes.
