Qualifications:
.NET web developer with good front end experience
Experience with Ajax and MVC if possible
C# skills
Understands .NET state mechanisms
Strong javascript
Good front-end UI design
Decent database knowledge
Understands basics of working with XML
Understands Web Services (calling them)
