Primary point of contact between Siemens and NetSmart . Works with Siemens and NetSmart to establish implementation timelines. . Responsible for setting and conducting teleconference meetings between Avatar and Siemens. . Responsible for reporting status of all Avatar interface development to Siemens and DBHDS Project Manager. Required: Experience and skills in the design, build, testing and training for a billing and revenue interfaces between a new EHR and a legacy revenue/billing Must be able to conduct "Train the Trainer" training for revenue/billing personnel Experience and skills in developing technical design/specifications, course material for training for revenue/billing systems Skilled in Crystal Report writing or other reporting tool with the ability to learn in a compressed time frame. The ability to learn IBM Blue Works Live work flow documentation tool. Desired: 1. Experience with the NetSmart Avatar or MyAvatar system. 2. Experience with Health or Behavorial Health realeated billing and or clinical system.
