Relevant Years of experience: 5 to 7 Technical/Functional Skills (Mandatory) . Strong Experience in 3rd party rules engines - like TIBCO or ILOG Jrules etc. . Expert with Java, JEE . Leadership experience in stack consisting of: JEE (JPA, JTA, JDBC, JMS), Spring 3.x (Core, MVC, Batch), Hibernate with JPA. Experience Required . Solid Java experience. . Experienced JEE web applications developer. . ILOG JRules experience. Roles & Responsibilities . Business rules analysis, rules harvesting writing rules design documents . Work with the business to identify key decision points . Build decision models to identify business rule sets . Extract business rules for do documentation, application code, or other sources . Structure the rules based on logical models, domain . Ensure reusability of rules across the enterprise .
