Mandatory Technical Skills
1) Working experience on Siebel 8.1.1.3 and above
2) Siebel Components: Siebel Assistant Manager, Siebel Tools, Siebel
Configuration, Siebel Sample Database, Siebel Data Model, Siebel Workflow
3) Siebel Modules: Siebel Call Center, Contracts Warranty, Purchase Order
Management, Billing and Oracle Advanced Collection
4) Hands on the out of box capabilties and configurations
5) Must have experience and expertise in working on Integration projects
between Siebel and Oracle Apps
6) Must be able to work in multi vendor, virtual team environment
Desirable Technical Skills
1) independently facilitating requirement gathering and analysis session
2) creating high level design, data mapping between source systems, dataflow
and Interface diagram
data set up and other business administrative activity
3) prototyping out of the box capability(screen/view/workflow, assignment,
vanilla process) to eend users using Siebel tools and sample database
4) creating logical relationship diagram and ER diagrams to depict the data
relationship
5) writing test scripts, facilitate User acceptance testing where needed
6) Should have thorough experinece in Siebel data model and data migration
later (EIM)
7) Should be aware of the best practices of a Canned package and how to
implement and influence the same
8) should have experience in working in an Onshore and Offshore model
9) should be able to work with Offshore team and verify and validate the end
deliverables based on the spec
10) should have worked on atleast 4 end to end (full cycle) Siebel
Implementation from initiation to deployment
11) should be able to address user issues where needed
