Good communication skills are a must. Local residents are preferred but NOT a must. The candidate is needed to work on the ClearCase-ClearQuest/Quality team. The ideal candidate should have extensive tool administration and support experience in ClearCase, ClearQuest and other IBM Rational tools, including Rational Application Developer. The candidate should be skilled in all phases of the software development life cycle. Experience should include requirements documentation, creating training documents/manuals, test plan/case creation and participation in reviews.
