Project: Senior Project Manager Location: Brooklyn, NY Duration : 6+Months *!! HOT REQUIRMENT !!* *Interview: Phone/ In Person* *Max Rate: C2C $45/hr * SCOPE OF SERVICES The consultant will be responsible to manage Networks project stream, one of the most complex projects for the ECTP with multiple integration points and Manage system integrator resources and staff Review design of networks work stream Create a project management plan that will include previously submitted design and change in design to create a single network for FDNY and NYPD Deliver E3 design in coordination with system integrator Manage stakeholders and ensures their approval of design Reviews and approves all networks deliverables MANDATORY SKILLS / EXPERIENCE At least 8 years of experience in IT project management 5 years of experience in designing, managing and / or maintenance of Networks Deep understanding of Networks design and applicable equipment, preferably Cisco DESIRABLE SKILLS/EXPERIENCE : # Years Experience Clients College degree in engineering or computer science. PMI Certified Project Management Professional; excel in vendor and stakeholder relationship management; Hands on experience in installing Networks equipment or experience in projects that installed network equipment Experience managing multiple IT project Demonstrated ability to drive integration points for complex initiatives Experience in implementing large scale, complex technology projects in the government and/or private sector; Well-versed in preparing/presenting executive-level presentations, as well regular reports on project status including risks, issues, schedule, financial, key decisions, etc. Excellent communication, time management, and process management skills; Prior experience in 9-1-1 Fire or Police call taking or dispatch operation and/or with related technologies (e.g., Radio, E911 Telephony, computer Aided Dispatch Systems, etc.); Experience managing projects that follow the iterative and incremental delivery style.
