Location: Portland, Oregon (Only locals)

General Position Summary:
As a key member of the EDM (Enterprise Data Management) team, the Data
Modeler CONTRACTOR position will be responsible for the design,
implementation and support of enterprise data models and data structures
within EDW environment (all layers).
Specific Job Skills:
• Fluent in both 3NF and Dimensional modeling techniques and solutions
• Proficiency in SQL and other DBMS language tools
• Exposure to Master Data Management solutions
• Strong familiarity with reporting tools such as Cognos
• Strong familiarity with integration tools such as Informatica
Education and Experience:
• Bachelor's Degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science or
Information Systems (or equivalent experience).
• 5+ years experience using data modeling tools such as ERwin or ER Studio
• 5+ years experience working with ERP data (JDE, SAP)
• 5+ years of SQL experience
• 5+ years working with large DBMS systems (Teradata, DB2, Oracle)
• Experience in Retail industry a plus
