*Business Systems Analyst/Salesforce
Location: San Diego, California
Duration: 6+ months*
JOB DESCRIPTION
The Senior BSA will be managing multiple projects at once while
simultaneously being involved in administrative tasks/roles. The company
is highly collaborative so this individual will be required to wear several
hats and be hands on with tasks at all levels. The Senior BSA will need to
possess a strong enough technical aptitude to manage projects without
minimal supervision from management.
QUALIFICATIONS
• 5+ years of experience working as a BSA for Salesforce, in addition to
other IT functions
• Have knowledge of and practice Agile methodologies such as Scrum
• Strong Salesforce Admin knowledge/skills
• Strong understanding of Salesforce reporting and/or database reporting
(MS SQL, Oracle, etc...).
**Several projects will require data migration and someone who has
knowledge writing SQL queries etc... is very important
• Salesforce Certification, Scrum Master Certification, or PMP would be
HIGHLY DESIRABLE
**Local Candidates will be given strong preference.
