Roles & Responsibilities :
This position is responsible for
Assisting with the business case.
Planning and monitoring.
Eliciting requirements.
Requirements organization.
Translating and simplifying requirements.
Requirements management and communication.
Requirements analysis.
This associate will be working with Director /VP- Finance, Director /VP -
Integrated Supply China, Director /VP - Procurement, Director /VP - Logistics.
This associate will guide the entire team in defining the KPI for the business
and get them executed from other teams. Need to have a good customer connect /
good communication skills and a passion for end customer satisfaction.
Generic Managerial Skills :
. Business understanding in Building efficiency
. Good understanding of integration concepts
. Good critical thinking ability
. Competent written and verbal communication / presentation skills
. Suggest design changes if required and artifacts
. Able to communicate effectively to both technical and nontechnical
audiences
. Able to work under pressure in a fast paced environment
Nice to Have:
. Implementation Background of any BI Technology
. Knowledge of Enterprise systems like OBIEE , SAP BO, Data stage
. PMP / CSCP Certified
Education : BS/BA in Computer Science, Business Administration, or
related
Work Location : Milwaukee, WI
Duration : 12 Months or Longer
