Experience doing a call center integration across multiple platforms Experience leveraging vendor resources * ** *Plusses: Any Cisco certifications * ** *Day-to-day: The architect will be assisting in the integration, design, and programming of multiple call centers that currently run on two separate platforms (Mitel and Cisco). Your role will be to dig in on the current call center environments and give your suggestions on what platform is the most efficient and feasible to integrate both call centers into. You will work with 3rd party vendors and the network team to figure out which platform would be the best for the company to run off of. You will continue to be involved throughout the design and integration of these call centers.
