Position: Sr. Citrix Engineer Duration: One Year Location: Addison, TX Start Date: 15-Apr-13 Experience Required: 5+ Years Mandatory Skills * Researches, recommends, and implements changes to applications and systems * Ensures stability and performance of Citrix Servers * Ensure the management of implementations of new Servers and OS releases and updates * Perform time-management and multi-tasking activities, balancing daily project work while simultaneously supporting existing applications * Must be self-motivated, independent and resourceful * Must have the capacity to be decisive and flexible * Possess strong analytical and problem solving skills * Possess superior communications skills verbally and written * Must gain complete understanding of Citrix Farm. Desired Skills * Windows Server Administration (Win 2003/2008). * Exposure to Citrix Multimedia Delivery (HDX) and VDI, while not required, is strongly preferred. * Active Directory * Server Clustering * Programming and Scripting * LanDesk Patch Management * Server Security * All candidates must be able to quantify their knowledge/skill in the following: * Experience in Citrix Presentation Server 4.0 and above * Advanced Configuration of WS2K3 / WS2K8 * Management of Users & Groups within Active Directory * Intermediate administration skills, including understanding of Protocols (TCP), Firewalls, Terminal Services policies & profiles, Creating and Managing Shares * Experience with Access Management & Presentation Server Console * Able to Install, Publish, and Administer applications * Able to Configure & Support Printing * Managing Citrix Policies * Strong background in server virtualization using VMWare.
