* Play hands-on development and design role, and deliver products in a
rapid and dynamic environment. The candidate must possess excellent
leadership & software engineering skills, be a pro-active solution-oriented
individual with strong communication skills.

Mandatory Skills
* Minimum 6+ years' experience in senior position in developing web
solutions using Java, J2EE.
* Solid knowledge of web applications development using J2EE technologies
like JSP, Spring, Struts, AJAX, Hibernate.
* Good knowledge of design patters and considerations.
* Good understanding of HTML 5, JavaScript, JSON, XML, WSDL.
* Solid knowledge of applications performance improvement techniques
and caching solutions like Coherence & TimesTen.
* Experience with build, deployment, testing & performance
measurement tools; Web and Application Servers - WebLogic preferred.
* Familiarization in PeopleSoft CRM & Mongo DB beneficial.
* Excellent problem solving, critical thinking and communication
skills.
