Technical/Functional Skills :
Technical skillset: Need to have hands on experience on the below
mentioned skills:
JAVA, JSP, Servlet, EJB, Web Services
Working knowledge of JBOSS
Good knowledge of DBMS & SQL
Experience Required
Hands on experience on maintaining & developing Web applications using
J2EE Technologies along with JSP, Servlet and Web Services
Roles & Responsibilities :
Analyzing requirements on enhancements and proposing solutions for
current application.
Estimating effort required.
Guiding the team during design and mitigating technical difficulties
Application support & maintenance
System Analysis of the current applications
Technical Documentation
Generic Managerial Skills :
Very good communication/coordination skills since will need to interact
with client team
