Job Title : Salesforce.com Report Analyst Location: REMOTE (Preferably on-site Boston, MA) Duration: 6 weeks Start Date: ASAP SUMMARY The scope of work includes planning, analysis, documentation, training, project management and reports generation. Analyst shall make recommendations and suggest best practices for improvement in business processes based on their analysis. This project has a focus on opportunity and lead generation. Requirements This role requires a hand-on engagement by the analyst and development of Salesforce dashboards. Expertise in Salesforce.com, knowledge of standard objects and usage, in both Marketing and Sales related functionality. Ability to create simple and complex data sets from Salesforce.com. Use of relational database and reporting tools such as SQL and OBIEE or equivalent. Project entails creating, developing and customizing Lead Flow, Opportunity Flow and Conversion Dashboards Experience with Marketing and Sales processes relating to Campaign management and ROI measurement Ability to interview stakeholders in the company to understand as-is business processes and convert verbal description to written requirements. Ability to write clear requirements documents, create simple to understand diagrams, business process flows and flowcharts. Project management skills, ability to create project plans.
