* Major Responsibilities:* o Define and write detailed test cases and business use cases that explicitly match the business requirements using Quality Center test management tool. Test cases need to be written to the level that they can be handed to an automation team for easy scripting. o These test cases will coverall aspects of the Business Testing Cycle including User Acceptance Testing (UAT), Regression and Pre-Production Testing. o Execute test cases and log results using the Test Lab Mercury Interactive’s Quality Center test management tool and other defect tools. o Report and Manage Defects using the Quality Center test management tool other defect tools and retest fixes to reported defects o Review and analyze project documentation in order to understand the overall objectives of the project and to help develop comprehensive test cases. Documents include, but are not limited to Business Requirements, Business Specifications, Architecture Documents, Technical Specifications, and Test Strategy. o Support the identification of required test data for test case execution o Actively participate in Project Status Meetings and Defect Meetings * Qualifications: (Knowledge, skills and abilities)* o 2-3 years QA/Testing experience as a hands-on tester/analyst o In-depth knowledge of Quality Center – Requirements, Test Plan, Test Lab, & Defect Modules (must have) o Solid knowledge of testing approaches and concepts (i.e., functional, performance, regression, etc.) and testing life cycle o Ability to multi-task working both independently and in team environments o High standard of performance, attention to detail and commitment to excellence o Excellent written and oral communication with the ability to work in a collaborative environment o Web-Based Application Experience o Strong PC skills including MS Office & Internet Explorer o Healthcare experience preferred o Business Analysis skills a definite plus -- You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "SAP ABAP" group.
