They will join a team of 5 to finish their Video Ad Server project. They will be building out systems to deliver advertisements for clients and manage user volume.These high traffic systems move very fast so this person must be able to work quickly (small shop/start up experience is preferred,large companies usually have multi year plans to build these systems out).
