*Primary Skill:* LINUX
*Other Skills:* Development Tools; PERL
*Years of Experience & Expertise Level:* 6 years of experience
*Project Description:*
Build and release engineer releases daily and weekly images on devices to
the developer community.
Release engineers approves changes to the build system, merging developer
code into the build environment - expertise on the build tools gerrit, open
build system (OBS), and Linux.
*Daily Responsibilities:*
Releasing images, approving code changes, tool knowledge
*Necessary Skills (Must Have):*
Developer experience on the Linux operating system (C/C++, git, etc)
RPM packaging system
Scripting language - perl, python, BASH
*Additional Skills Desired (Nice to Have):*
Ruby on Rails, OpenSUSE Open Build system (OBS), Gerrit, Jenkins/Hudson
