Title: Business Analyst(SFDC) Duration: 6+months Location: New York Contract *!! F2F REQUIRED !!* Job Responsibilities: This position will be responsible for the successful migration of one SFDC to another, as well as for alignment of SFDC data into various systems and processes. The scope includes definition, discovery, analysis, and documentation of business requirements, as well as project management and execution. This position will serve as the liaison between the business subject matter experts and the project teams. These projects are global and cross-functional in nature. The efforts will help the company better align strategy into efficient business change across functional groups. Work with stakeholders to identify requirements. Explains the business requirements using terminology that can be understood by the technical team, as well as business stakeholders Designs, develops, implements and maintains business solutions. Identifies, develops and implements improvements to support practice and work engagement Defines and manages project scope. Agrees key milestones with the business and delivers to key milestones. Achieves overall project deadline with limited scope creep. Deliver benefit as defined in the business plan. 5years SFDC experience; good knowledge of Siebel or TRUST is a plus Business analysis experience with knowledge of multiple business models or processes within a global organization. Change management experience, customer focused and dedicated to meeting the expectations and requirements of the stakeholders Excellent facilitation, analysis, research and process mapping skills Excellent written and oral communications skills, able to communicate across all levels of the organization and to translate complex technical information. Detail oriented and highly organized, with the ability handle multiple complex tasks Independent and results oriented with the drive to hit deliverables and meet deadlines. Ability to problem solve effectively by utilizing logic and available resources. Effective problem-solving and issue resolution capabilities Ability to accurately assess and understand customer needs and work with a sense of urgency to satisfy those needs with negotiated timeframes.
