Job Title: Salesforce.Com Consultant
Location: Boston, MA
Duration: 3-4 Months

Job Description:
Our Client is Looking for Salesforce.Com Consultant in Boston, MA. Must be
US Citizens, GC or EAD GC.

Responsibilities include:
Assist in the management of Salesforce’s constituent relationship
management (CRM) system, including:
Segment full mailing list into sub-categories, and identify ways to flag
groups of contacts to streamline message and mailing distribution.
Develop systems for Foundation staff to regularly and easily communicate
with contacts to obtain updated contact information.
Produce reports and analyses about mass email campaign effectiveness,
contact status, and other CRM information.
Assist the Foundation staff in learning how to generate and send mass email
messages to specific target groups.
Become familiar with and support the management of FoundationConnect, the
online grantmaking application and reporting system within the
Salesforce.com platform, and its integration with the Foundation’s database
on Salesforce.com, including:
Interface with the developers of FoundationConnect.
Develop reports on grantmaking data and information for the Foundation’s
staff members and Board of Directors
Assist the Foundation staff in better understanding how to implement
ongoing changes to FoundationConnect as needed. This might include
modifying existing grant applications and reports, and developing and
implementing new applications, reports and other system components.
Troubleshoot glitches that may arise in accessing the grant applicant or
reviewer portals
Work closely with the Grants Management and Administration Coordinator, who
will be working to ensure the accuracy of the overall database by
eliminating duplications and ensuring the most current contact information.
Assist in use of mass communications software, iContact, and its
integration with the Foundation’s database.
Enhance and update the existing documentation available to train staff
members
Where necessary, provide training to Foundation staff on Salesforce.com *

*Qualifications:
Five or more years experience with Salesforce.com application
Five or more years experience with customer relationship and database
management.
Strong organizational and analytical skills.
Demonstrated ability to solve complex problems.
Responsibility for documenting technical specifications and workflows.
Three or more years experience with web development and user interface is
highly desirable.
Experience working in nonprofit settings is a plus.
