MCS servers, Cisco Routers and Switches. *Application:* Cisco Telepresence Exchange (CTX) System, CUCM, CUMP, CUMPE. *Telephony:* VOIP (H323, RAS, SIP, MGCP, SCCP), QOS, TDM (T1 CAS, T1 PRI, E1) *Tools:* sniffer trace, SBC traces, CUCM traces, CTS/CTSM/CTMS/CTX logs and traces.
