Job Title : Peoplesoft Functional
Location : Kansas City, MO
Duration : 6 Months Contract
Job Description:
PeopleSoft Functional Subject Matter Experts (FMS) (3); 30-40 hours per
week through August 2013; M-F 8-5
Important schedule notes:
This position is on-site at the City of Kansas City, Missouri.
Work days are Monday-Friday
Work days are 8 hours, between the available hours of 7:30 AM -5:30 PM
Work days and hours may be adjusted for production cutover
Start and end dates may be adjusted based upon need and project schedule
Overtime is not available.
Anticipated Start Date
June 20, 2013
Role and Responsibilities
Work with City functional resources to assist with functional upgrade to
PeopleSoft 9.1 (all pillars)
Support fit gap sessions, functional system changes, system configurations,
analyzing customizations, testing, and documentation
Qualifications and Education Requirements
3-5 years’ experience with PeopleSoft Financial Management functional areas
General Ledger/Commitment Control/Security
Purchasing/Procure to Pay
Grants/Projects/Assets
AP/AR
Budget/Billing
Experience with Project Cost to Asset Management Integration
Experience with Approval Workflow engine
Experience with FMS 9.1 is mandatory
Preferred Skills
Government accounting experience is a plus
