*Responsibilities*



*Design Skills: *



·         Experience in designing and managing service catalog for business
and technical services in a large enterprise (10,000+ employees)

·         ITIL V3 certification with working knowledge of service catalog
management process, policies, principles, methods, and techniques

·         Hands on experience with HP Service Manager 8.x, 9.x toolset

·         Experienced in identifying services and mapping to business and
technical functions

·         Working with SMEs, able to verify/validate existing services and
migrating to new toolset

·         Past experience in identifying and associated risks prior to
services becoming live

·         Hands on experience in identifying service requirements, document
business requirements, and drivers associated with SLEs

·         Able to liaison with other service design and planning activities
already in motion

·         Knowledge of service portfolio management is a plus

·         Able to capture and document service details, current service
status, and identify services interdependencies

·         Good communication skills (written and verbal) are required in
order to successfully communicate with customers and users with respect to
service management practice

·         Looking for a *lead execution BA*.

·         Resource needs to have *testing experience*, requirements
definition and tracking.

·         *Contact center* experience strongly preferred.

·         Need someone who has an understanding of testing and can *
assist/coordinate* with defining testing requirements.

·         Resource would have experience with planning test cases, writing
and execution of test cases as well as, requirements analysis process.

·         *Leadership/coordination* experience a must.

·         *Leading a testing* effort would be helpful. Experience defining
business and testing requirements.

·         Excellent communication skills.

·         Ability to work with all levels of resources within the SF
environment.

·         Experience with working with business partners and working in a
collaborative environment.

·         Located at OAB.

·         Room TBD.
