Position Summary: The Business Reporting Analyst will serve as a key interface to the NA Operations Manager who is responsible for the accuracy of invoices to customers and revenue generation for Client Global Services. This positions principal responsibility is the development of Client NA MPS Reports and Access Databases. Required qualifications: Report & Access database developer experience: Responsible for End-to-end reports and access database development process. Experience in Enterprise level data warehouse and enterprise-reporting environments required. Required Developer Proficiency: Oracle database (Enterprise databases required) Business Objects/Crystal Reports (Enterprise required) Analytics (preferred) Microsoft Access db (required) SQL Queries (required) Visual Basic (required) Proficient in Excel (Expert level required Excel testing required and submitted with application) Translate business requirements into technical requirements Experience with Siebel and Business Objects a plus Metrics development including Executive level and customer facing dashboards Develop and maintain key performance indicators on reporting quality and delivery timeliness; Provide monthly reporting on SLA performance to management. Responsible for working with Intermediate Business Reporting Developer and providing mentoring and support to develop the Intermediate Reporting Developer. Candidate to provide redundancy to Intermediate role. Education: Bachelors in Business Management Information Systems and/or equivalent experience.
