ยท QA Analyst/ Test Analyst lead with extensive testing Freddie or
Fannie experience having great verbal and written communication skills
having ability to work independently.
- Clear understanding in testing various
Client/Server, Web based and complex Financial Applications.
- Extensively involved in preparation of Test
Plans, Test Cases and Scripts for Functional, Performance, Stress,
Regression, Integration and UAT Testing.
- Participated weekly with project plan meeting to
ensure that the deliverables are met on time.
- Involved through the final decision to release
the application to the client after reviewing all defects, fixes and
verifying that all the requirements have been met.
- Reported defects to the Project Leads in daily
meetings while updating the defects in Quality Center.
- Analyzed, validated and prioritized business
requirements and developed test cases.
- Proficient to understand and translate business
requirements into Test Cases.
- Strong knowledge of testing methods, tools and
software testing best practices.
- Good Understanding of Software Development
Ability to prioritize and meet project milestones and involved in writing
SQL queries to verify the integrity of the data.
- Interacted with developers, Business & Management
Teams and Stakeholders.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong attention to details with proven
analytical and problem solving skills.
Skill level: Senior (7+ yrs)
Skills: Excellent analytical skills and problem solving skills
Excellent SQL Skills
Ability to identify and resolve conflicts
Firm knowledge of Software Development Lifecycle
methodologies
Ability to manage multiple priorities under tight
deadlines
Solid knowledge of test methodologies
UNIX and Windows Operating Systems
Previous experience with applications utilizing
HTML, JAVA, J2EE, Weblogic, WebMethods, XML, DB2, Oracle, and Sybase
-QA Testing - HP Quality Center, HP Quick Test Pro
- Defect Tracking - Clear Quest
- Requirement Management - DOORS, Requisite Pro
- Code/Version Management Clear Case
- Microsoft Office Suite, MS Project
Preferred Skills: - Test Automation experience with Mercury Quick Test Pro
- Test Certifications
Education: - BS in Computer Science or related field
