Job Title : QA Lead Location : Redwood City, CA Duration : 6+ months contract Responsibilities: .Act as UAT Test Lead for testing multiple projects and releases. .Involved in requirement reviews, creating UAT test cases and scripts and running daily meetings. .Perform test planning, test case development, test case execution, and test reports for both manual and automated testing. .Work on defect reproduction, defect report, defect validations, defect analysis and release notes. .Communicate and update product quality and risks to product groups and stake holders. .Create and execute test plans. .Organize and build testing teams and test plans; Execute test plans. Requirements: .Five or more years’ experience with QA testing and recent experience as a Lead. .5 years hands-on experience with HP Quality Center preferred. .Experience with leading 2-5 test analysts. .Candidates must have experience managing offshore resources. .Bachelor's degree. .Must have a solid functionalknowledge of R12 (particularly AR). .3-5 years of experience working in software QA in manual and automation testing. .3+ years of experience with enterprise level automation tools (i.e. Selenium, QTP, etc.). .3+ years of database testing experience. .Knowledge of the entire SDLC process. .Excellent analytical and problem solving skills. .Excellent written and verbal communication skills (this includes excellent listening skills, concise communication, and targeting the message to specific audiences). .Detail oriented & excellent organization skills and ability to effectively multitask in a dynamic and fast paced work environment.
