LAUDERDALE, FL CLIENT: CITRIX SYSTEMS * *The PHP Application Developer produces web based applications based on requirements gathered from stakeholders. The PHP Application Developer follows best practices while supporting the Education development teams in their web development needs. As a member of the Technical Services team, the PHP Application Developer contributes as a project team member through various phases during design, development and release. * *Primary Duties / Responsibilities **Supports the analysis, design, and implementation of a web platform for converting, creating, and sharing content. Provides a consultative approach to designing and developing web based solutions that meet and exceed expectations Contributes to project planning by coordinating related deliverables, identifying dependencies and potential impacts, and providing accurate timeline inputs to the project lead. Participates in the development, QA and release of projects by executing on planned concepts. Learns new technologies, methodologies and techniques as well as industry standards and best practices Demonstrates high levels of ownership over the quality of output for all project deliverables. Performs other dutues as required. * *Qualifications (knowledge, skills, abilities) Required: **Ability to estimate efforts, manage scope, participate in weekly planning and project-related meetings, and communicate with stakeholders, peers and management.
